1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FXH / FXHonest services, website, signals, bots, or VPS support, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

FXH provides:

• Forex and gold trading signal alerts
• MetaTrader 5 compatible Expert Advisor (bot) files and configurations
• VPS provisioning and setup support for automated trading
• Educational content related to trading workflows and risk management

All services are informational and tool-based. FXH does not manage money, execute trades, or provide personalized investment advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade forex and CFDs in your jurisdiction. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in USDT (TRC-20 or BEP-20) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, bot files, and educational materials on this site are the intellectual property of FXH. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or share bot files with non-subscribers. Violation will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use FXH services for illegal activities or market manipulation
• Resell signals or bot files to third parties
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems
• Use bots on accounts with leverage exceeding what you understand and can afford
• Blame FXH for trading losses arising from your decisions

7. Limitation of Liability

FXH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our signals, bots, or VPS services
• Trading losses, margin calls, or account liquidation
• Technical failures, downtime, or data loss
• Third-party broker actions, slippage, or re-quotes
• Unauthorized access to your VPS or trading account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription month.

8. No Warranty

FXH services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that signals will be profitable, that bots will execute without error, or that VPS uptime will be uninterrupted.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our services in a manner that harms other users or our reputation. You may terminate your subscription at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FXH is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or competent courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
